The ground floor has a capacity of 8 people. There are 2 bedrooms. Room No. 1 has a double bed and 2 single beds. Room No. 2 has 4 single beds. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, a bathroom with a corner bathtub and a shower, and a separate toilet. From the living room, you can directly access the garden and use the seating on the terrace adjacent to the house, covered with a retractable awning.

2nd floor

The upper floor has a capacity of 12 people. There are 4 rooms. Room No. 1 has a double bed. Room No. 2 has 3 single beds. Room No. 3 also has 3 single beds, and room No. 4 is the largest with 4 single beds. The bedrooms are additionally equipped with sofa sets and tables. There is a large spacious fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. The bathroom offers a corner bathtub and a shower. There is a separate toilet available.

You can also use a lockable bike/ski storage room for storing sports equipment outside the living area. The entire house is covered by high-quality Wi-Fi.

Garden

For guests, there is a fenced garden full of greenery surrounded by a live fence. In the summer season, we offer a heated pool, a children's slide, swings, a sandbox, a trampoline, table tennis, and other sports equipment for children. You can also use seating under a covered pergola, a grill, and a portable fireplace.
