The above prices do not include consumed energy. Energy is billed according to real consumption through a reading at the beginning and end of the stay.
For serious reservation we require deposit of 30% of total amount paid in advance. In case of cancellation 45 days before arrival deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation less than 45 days before arrival deposit stays with us.

Check out 10 am.
The owner assigns the possibility to make any changes. Prices are valid to appeal.
